Jabalina Love Songs (collection of coloured vinyl 7" singles)
In October Jabalina Música will be its first series in a theme-based collection of coloured vinyl 7" singles under the title of "Jabalina Love Songs" which will reunite ten artists. To be released two at a time from October 2010 to September 2011, they will feature AMA, APENINO, CAPITONÉ, J'AIME, KLAUS&KINSKI, THE MITTENS, PARADE, PUMUKY, SOUVENIR and WILD HONEY.
The artists will record songs about love, with their particular point of view on the most universal, complex and unpredictable of human feelings. The presentation of the first two releases is coming soon: APENINO and WILD HONEY:

Katalanska popmusik mixtape (Chaotisch und charmant)
Felipe Chaotisch has just published a new and awesome compilation: the good times we shared at the marina - a Catalan Pop Music mixtape. He says:
spain has – in my opinion – the most exciting music scene nowadays. it has a great sense of originality and freshness that are always welcome when we are talking about forms of expression.
in our 12th mixtape, we land on spanish lands, more specifically, catalonia and even more specifically: barcelona (which has been called the brooklyn of europe for its lively and prolific scene).
the artists sing in spanish and catalan and - in common - they have an awesome approach on how to develop music being universal without forgetting hints of regional tradition.

A brand new video with one of the best songs in Pumuky´s last record "El bosque en llamas" (Jabalina 2009). It was recorded in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, where the band is coming from.

Zipper Cremallera: "Un buen chaparrón"
21th May is the date for a new Zipper Cremallera ("cremallera" is "zipper" in Spanish) single in English for Glasgow Bubblegum Records. It´s possible to listen the 3 new songs called "Last Chance for Friday’s Badge" in MySpace: "Friday Night", "Last Chance" and "The Badge".
Moreover, the band is preparing two new singles for Cloudberry Records (USA) and Elefant Records (Spain). This is one of the best song by Zipper Cremallera and clip was directed by Bruno Teixidor in 2008.
Corazón: "Nuevo futuro"
"Save me / from darkness / from the monster living inside me". "Nuevo futuro" ("New Future") is pure pop, pop with no more adjectives or qualifications. Corazón´s record is dominated by mid-tempo ballads to listen quietly and appreciate lyrics and sound nuances of the songs. Only one of the topics could be worth to the dance floor, this is "Sobrevivir" (theme by Apache, a group of 70s).
La Bien Querida : "Corpus Christi" (version 2)
Directed by Nadia Mata Portillo (also, with Federico Strate Pezdirc, responsible for CORAZON’s video-clip “Nuevo Futuro"), “Corpus Christi” is a great song that charms its listeners into falling in love, maybe one of the most beautiful declarations of love every sung. Nadia has done great work, she knows how to perfectly capture the mood of the song, the words describe a “moment of anger”, as Ana herself tells us, and the images manage to amplify the emotional impact even more. It’s a work of art in its purest form, able to communicate the most touching emotions. Though it seems incredible, this is the second video-clip by Nadia.
“Corpus Christi”, taken from LA BIEN QUERIDA’s acclaimed debut album, was filmed in the sierra of Navacerrada, in an enigmatic location, the Santo Angle hospital, also known as “La Barranca” (the ravine). Two buildings, one for the anti-tuberculosis sanitarium where pulmonary illnesses were treated, and the other building was the psychiatric ward for mental illnesses. It is currently totally abandoned, but all of the mysterious stories that go around about the place, and the paranormal activity, make daring adventurers in search of supernatural beings, spirits and strange presences visit it all the time.
The video-clip was filmed the same weekend as the big snowstorm, and the team was almost trapped alone in the remote, mysterious and tetric location, but in the end they didn’t need to call Iker Jiménez [a famous Spanish journalist who specializes in paranormal knowledge], and the adventure ended well.
Astrud is preparing a new album
It is hoped that the album would not be "live", and will be recorded in July going on sale after the summer published by Elefant.
